OTHER COSTS / CHARGES
Travel & Subsistence Cost of airfare
- Rental vehicles, hotels, food, etc. will be charged at actual cost plus 14%.
*Engineering/Subcontractor Services
- Any engineering services or subcontractors will be charged at Weekly Bros., Inc.’s subcontract cost plus 14%.
Administrative Costs
- Costs of shipping, deliveries, special permits, special software, reproductions, etc. will be charged at actual cost plus 14%.
Company Vehicles
- Company vehicles will be charged based on the consultant total hourly time during field visits at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.
Overtime for Urgent Services
- Time in excess of 8 hours per day and on holidays/weekends is considered overtime and will be charged at 1.8 times the listed rates above.
Equipment
- Any equipment required for consultants work will be charged at actual cost plus 14%.
Note: Rates are subject to adjustment as determined by Weekly Bros., Inc. Any consulting proposals based on fees above are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated on the proposal.
